We provide cash loans and products direct to your door. We offer a face to face service where your repayments are collected from your home by a friendly local agent. We treat our customers fairly and put their needs first.
This could be via the telephone, email, internet or in person. Choose the loan option or product you would prefer. We will obtain your permission to visit you in your home to complete your application.
We will arrange an appointment for a manager local to you to call out and visit you at a time that is convenient for you. We will carry out an affordability assessment and would need to see your ID. We will also discuss with you any questions or concerns you may have.
We will let you know whether your application has been successful. We will also check with you that you still want to go ahead with us.
We will issue your loan or arrange delivery of your product. Your account will be set up and we will make arrangements for you to meet your local agent at a time convenient for you.
